Diagnosing and management of renal diseases, urinary tract infection, urinary tract neoplasms, systemic diseases, and inflammatory or neoplastic diseases adjacent to the urinary tract

If leukocytes or protein are present in clinically significant amounts or if nitrite or occult blood are positive, or if appearance is not normal, a “Urinalysis with Sediment” will automatically be performed at an additional charge.
