Clinical Significance
If the cannabinoid screen is > = 50 ng/mL, the tetrahydrocannabinol confirmation/quantitation by GC-MS is performed at an additional charge.
Specific gravity, pH, creatinine and oxidants will be performed and reported at no additional charge to identify potential adulteration of the urine specimen.
This test is intended for clinical monitoring and management of patients. It is not intended for non-medical use such as employment of forensic testing.
