Screening for colorectal cancer in the absence of signs, symptoms, conditions, or complaints associated with gastrointestinal blood loss i.e. the detection of human hemoglobin in feces.

This automated immunoassay test requires no dietary restrictions and only requires one sample from a single stool specimen.

1. Inoculate OC-Auto Micro 80 Sample collection device immediately upon specimen collection.
2. Inoculated specimen is stable at room temperature or refrigerated for 15 days in the device.

Specimen must be inoculated immediately upon collection. Raw stool specimens received must be
rejected.

 

Specimen is stable (i.e. with stool) in the OC-Auto Micro 80 sample collection device for 15 days either refrigerated at 2-8 degrees or at room temperature. Without specimen, the collection device is good until expiration date printed on the device.
