Specimen Collection:
1. No preservative OR add 6N HCl at the start of collection
2. Refrigerate specimen during collection
3. Send specimen refrigerated
To Process:
1. Prior to aliquoting, mix specimen well, measure and record volume
2. Aliquot 10mL from 24-hour urine collection into a clean, non-sterile, plastic urine container.
NOTE: 24-HOUR VOLUME IS REQUIRED ON REQUEST FORM FOR PROCESSING
